CNC CUTTING FILES

Supplied at no additional cost:

• Parts cutting files are provided in .dwg and .dxf formats to complement the plans, and for use by interested builders.
• Parts are seperated by thickness of material.
• Due to the various requirements of CNC cutting equipment and the variations of stock sizes available, the parts are not nested together. Nesting is prepared by the CNC equipment cutting the material for best results!

What hull parts are supplied for CNC cutting:

• All flat parts of the transverse framing
• CVK - Center Vertical Keel
• Keel Floors
• Keel Shell Plating
• Keel Forming Templates
• Longintudinal Sheer Frame
• Longintudinal Cockpit Frame
• Transom Shell Plating
• Transom Forming Template
• Bezier Curve Sections of the Shell Plating

Below are examples of a cutting file for the Bezier 12.5. The upper drawing depicts a Cad drawing saved in a .dwg and .dxf file format of framing members. The lower Cad drawing represents the bezier curve hull skin sections.

What hull parts are not supplied for CNC Cutting:

• Developable surfaces of the Shell Plating
• Deck and Cockpit Shell Plating
• Any part not listed above

Note: There are alternate methods of fabrication for some parts. Should they be CNC cut from sheet material or formed from other structural shapes?
