Detailed Construction Sections

The Enhanced Construction Sections (Scale: 3/4" = 1'0") consist of seven 8 ½" x 11" sheets describing every transverse frame. There are (11) transverse frame giving a total of 77 sheets. Each sheet separates information about the frame for easy reading. The Enhanced Construction sections give the builder a complete and concise picture of each frame.


THE TRANSVERSE FRAME LOCATED AT 260" AFT OF THE FORE POINT IS USED AS A TYPICAL EXAMPLE.

The first sheet below is a general view of the frame



The next sheet contain four (4) parts:

  • Title box - Frame at 260"
  • Bottom Left - Small drawing showing the frame for reference
  • Upper Left - For reference a small drawing representing a sheet of paper 38" x 22" containing the full size patterns for this frame.
  • Exploded view of the frame.



    Horizontal dimensions.



    Vertical dimensions.



    Angle dimension.



    POINT TO POINT measurements are use to square the frame.



    Headstock line. The headstock line is used to reference all the frames to the building Strongback.
